Terms of service

These terms govern the private owner's use of Fiverr Agent Studio.

Permitted use

The application may be used to monitor the owner's authorised Gmail account, organise genuine client enquiries, prepare drafts, generate website files and conduct internal quality checks.

Human supervision

All drafts and generated work require review. The owner remains responsible for Fiverr communications, offers, order acceptance, delivery, pricing, legal compliance, accuracy and client approval.

Prohibited use

The application must not be used for unauthorised account access, deceptive communications, arranged orders, fabricated or incentivised reviews, off-platform payment circumvention, unlawful content, or violations of Fiverr, Google, OpenAI, Railway or Telegram terms.

Third-party services

The application depends on third-party services that may change, suspend access or experience outages. Fiverr Agent Studio is an independent private tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fiverr, Google, OpenAI, Railway or Telegram.

No warranty

The application is provided as an internal productivity tool without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, commercial results or suitability for a particular purpose. The owner must verify all generated content and files before use.
